Caron's Community ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through caronscommunity.org, how we use it, and your choices.
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and message content — when you contact us, sign up to volunteer, subscribe to updates, or make a donation. Payment card information is collected and processed by our third-party payment provider (Zeffy); we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may also collect limited, non-identifying technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) to help us improve the site.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, process and acknowledge donations, coordinate volunteering, send updates you request, and fulfill legal and reporting obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our payment processor and email provider), and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.
You may opt out of our communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. You may request that we correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected].
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Caron's Community is grateful for every contribution. Donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand mistakes happen — for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount.
If you believe an error was made with your donation, please contact us within 15 days at [email protected] or (000) 000-0000. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Zeffy).
Recurring donors may cancel future scheduled gifts at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund prior gifts.
